Thanks for answer. As soon as I have the database I will send it to the email (I guess thats what you are asking). If you could make it work would be great, currently Agora does have a tool for that (but I would prefer ccBoard). |

Hi, Sorry for the late acknowledgment. Recieved the copy and I shall let you know once I complete the migration script. What is your plan for users, because SMF user details are totally isolated from Joomla users. I can create these users in Joomla, but without passwords or with a common password. Please acknowledge which way you want to create the users in Joomla. Thanks Thomas |

I cant see the difference between no password or a common password. But I guess that the better way is to tell users to click "forgot password" link so they revceive a new one it by email. I guess any of your options will make this possible, right? Another issue, This is only for testing purposes right? because if you are sucessfull with script I(you) will have to make again the migration (the smf forum still works..) Thank you very much (I saw your poll for migrations scripts, if you need a phpBB3 database for testing just let me know) |

Hi, Planning to implement the migration similar to the existing fireboard. One click, your entire SMF board shall migrated to ccBoard. I would be glad if you can send me the PHPBB3 data, really appreciate the same. Thanks Thomas |

Hi, Right now Im on the way to London, UK. This was totally unexpected trip, so my plans for next release including SMF migrations are delayed little bit, but hope to release the same by end of this month or early next month.This would be bug fix release mainly, though shall contain few new features as well.
