Subject :Can't post to ccBoard if Apache mod_rewrite enabled in Joomla global config

Posting works with only SEF URLS enabled but not if I also enable mod_rewrite. I am reloading the site after making changes.

Is there something in the .htaccess file I need to add or modify to make this work? I have no 3rd party SEO/SEF components installed.
