I installed ccboard on a website I was working on. The client forgot his password and is trying to figure out what it is. I haven't found in the ccboard where I can find that out for him. He tried clicking forgot password. It says it's emailed him instructions, but it's to hotmail and he isn't getting it.

I tested it by asking for my password and it came through to my email no problem. Any ideas?
