Hi, I posted this to the support forum, but no one has an answer on it after a couple of days.  I have been trying to change settings in the global configuration panel and they do not stay 'saved'.  It keeps going back to default. I have looked for a permissions area in the cc_config.php file but do not see anything there (as suggested in another post).  I see that several people have had this same problem and have not found any answers yet, so I'm hoping by posting here I can get some resolution on this issue.
