Well, I don't know if it is a bug or just my theme.

At the moment I use the Joomla default theme.This one has menus on the left and right side. When I open the forum and start a new topic or post, the subject line and the editor showing up are overlapping the menu on the right side.

Anything I can do about this?

Hi,

edit <joomlaroot>/components/com_ccboard/views/post/tmpl/default.php

goto line @101, then decrease the size of the text box from 80 to 60 or so, as you require.

Then @105 change the width of the text area from 60% to 40% or so.
