Hi,

I have just installed the forum and I must say, it was super easy and synchronised really well. My only issue really is that using my current template it does not display correctly. All the text is scrunched up in the middle of the screen and is unuseable. As a temporary measure I have applied a standard joomla template to the forum. (although it still reverts back to the other template when I try and edit my profile). I'd like to keep the same feel across the site and keep the template. Everything else on my site works with the template so just wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

 Thanks,

Claire

Hi,

If you have any programming experience then you can use Firfox addon firebug to find out the exact problem.

Install firebug. Then load the page on the FF browser, click on the firebug icon (bottom right) and select [inspect] and select the ccboard area (middle content area). Then verify the style tab. Find out the style parameters applied. Repeat the process for native template. Then find out which style is applied extra. Modify the ccboard template or main template to nullify the effect.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Thomas

Hi,

Thanks for the reply regarding the debugging but I'm not really much good at it! I have applied my template to the whole forum so you can see the issue with it for now.

Thanks,

Hi,

The problem you are having is the insufficient width. ccBoard need atleast @600px width to work to have decent look.

I would suggest you to remove the 3rd column, and put your login module on the left side like I have in the codeclassic.org.

Thanks

Thomas
