please make some FAQ thread with this issue covered.

I downloaded the language ini file, I have uploaded it to the joomla/language and nothing has happened. How do I switch the board to that language?

Are 0.2.2 language files compatible with 0.3.0 ccboard?

1) If you have multiple languages copy those files to the respective folders under joomla/language/xx-XX

2) Then change your language from Administration panel, using language manager for the site.

3) Now ccBoard shall also take the respective language file. Actually joomla does the pointing operation to correct the language file, ccBoard merely uses the pointed file.

Not working for me.

As I asked before. Using 0.2.2 language file on 0.3.0 ccboard causes problems?

If so, how many extra lines there are in the 0.3.0 language file compared to the 0.2.2 language file?
