I´ve downloaded Spanish languaje for ccBoard, and I couldn't find the way to install it.

The language file for the frontend must be placed in your language folder in the root and there in your spanish folder.

The language fiel for the admin has to be put in Administrator/language folder and there also into your spanisch folder.

That's all.
