Click the administrator link in the main menu.This will display the login screen. 
Enter the Username and Password.Click the Login button and the user will now see the Control Panel. Click the Components from the control panel. Select the ccBoard from the menu.  
On clicking the ccBoard the user will be directed to ccBoard Preferences screen where he can configure General Settings,Categories,Forums and Profiles. Click the Profiles tab from the tab from the Control Panel and the user will now see the UserProfile page where he can edit the his profile. The user can also sort the profiles in the grid by clicking the headers Name, User Name, Blocked,Group,E-Mail,Posts,Last Visit or ID.The user can also select the page number from the Display dropdown menu. 
To Edit a Profile Select a particular user from the row. Click the Edit button (on the right top) and the user will now see the page to edit that particular profile .Here the user have the options to edit both Private details and Display details. 
The user can edit the following in the Private Details section. Name: Enter the name of the user. UserName: Enter the UserName. DateOfBirth: Enter the Date of Birth. Gender: Select the gender from the dropdown menu. Location: Enter the location of the user. Avatar: The user can select an avatar for his profile from the drop down menu. The user can enter the following details in the Display Details Section. Show Email: The user can select the radio button to show or hide the email. Signature: Enter a signature. Website: The user can enter his website link. ICQ Number: Enter the ICQ Number. AOL Instant Messenger: Enter the AOL messenger ID. MSN Messenger: Enter the MSN messenger ID. Yahoo! Messenger: Enter the Yahoo Messenger ID. Jabber Address: Enter the Jabber Address. Skype Address: Enter the Skype Address. After editing the details click the Save button.On clickng the Save button the user can now see the edited profile in the User Profile page. If the user clicks the Close button (right top),he will be directed to the User Profile page. |
