 Click the administration link in the main menu.This will display the login screen.

Enter the username and password.CLick the login button and the user will now see the control panel.

Click the Components from the control panel.Select the ccBoard from the menu.

On clicking the ccBoard the user will be directed to ccBoard Preferences screen where the user can

configure General Settings,Categories,Forums and Profiles.

Click the Forums tab from the control panel and the user will now see the Forum Administration pagewhere the user can create a new forum.The user can also edit or delete a forum by selecting a particular forum from the row and clicking the Edit or Delete button respectively.

The user can also sort the forums in the grid by clicking the headers in the grid.The user can select the page number from the Display dropdown menu.

To create a new forum

Click the New button (on the right top) and the user will see the page to create a new forum.

Complete the following details

Forum:                   Enter a short name to appear in the menus.

Description:           Enter a description of the forum.

Category:               Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu.

Published:              Select the radio button to publish or unpublish the forum.

Permission can be granted for Guest, Register, Author, Editor, Publisher, Manager, Administrator, and Super Administrator.
ViewPermission:   You can set the view permission for the appropriate members from the dropdown menu.
Post Permission:   You can set the post permission for the appropriate members from the dropdown menu.
Moderator Permission: You can set the moderator permission for the appropriate members from the  dropdown menu.

Click the Save button after entering the details.On clicking the Save button the user can see the newly

created forum in the Forum Administration page.
