Click the administrator link in the main menu.This will display the login screen.  Enter the username and password.Click the login button and the user will now see the control panel. Click the Components from the control panel.Select the ccBoard from the menu. 
On clicking the ccBoard the user will be directed to ccBoard Preferences screen where the user can configure General Settings,Categories,Forums and Profiles. Click the Forums tab from the control panel and the user will now see the Forum Administration page where the user can create a new forum.The user can also edit or delete a forum by selecting a particular forum from the row and clicking the Edit or Delete button respectively. The user can also sort forums in the grid by clicking the headers in the grid.The user can select the page number from the Display dropdown menu. To publish or unpublish a forum There are 2 options to publish a forum. 1. Select a particular forum from the row and click the Publish button(on the right top). 
2.Select a particular forum from the row and click the Published button in the grid. 
There are 2 options to Unpublish a forum. 1. Select a particular forum from the row and click the the Unpublish button(on the right top) 
2. Select a particular forum from the row and click the Published button in the grid.
